Presumably will have an effect on the proposed start date. Even then, can't see a lot of smaller clubs voting the start of the season through unless there's some funding assured for them to continue (though the Shrewsbury chairman quoted in the linked article has been pretty vocal throughout about wanting to crack on with at least some fans in the stadium).
Expect there'll be a general rule to be laid out then it's up to individual clubs to manage how they do it and who gets in (almost certainly ST holders getting first priority). |  |

I would not think that away fans will be allowed to attend any games until there is little or no restriction on percentages allowed in stadiums.
Although I have been to every away league game for the last five years I do not expect to have the opportunity to go to an ITFC away game this side of xmas and maybe for quite some while after that. |  | | |

Our season ticket numbers are in the high 8,000s and the capacity is 30,000-ish so f the limit is a third we'd be OK, particularly as some fans may not feel safe in attending. |  | | |
