Lad I lived with at uni in second year used to microwave frozen doner kebab meat he got from his parents chippy. It was literally part of his daily diet. Grim.

I'm still trying to work out how I feel about this one.

I like to eat as well as possible as a rule and can cook a bit all round.

But I'm not above a bit of scummy food behaviour from time to time. It definitely has its place.

That doner meat needs to be reheated in the oven or, if we are going full-on next day food trash, it needs to be fried in a pan.

Agree the microwave is not the answer on any level.

nowt wrong with microwaving bacon, 2mins30 its done, none of this hanging around for ages with the grill & then getting it burnt and all wrong :)

lets face it the majority of bacon sold in supermarkets is predominantly filled with water to make it look nicer in the packet and add weight, so unless youve bought your slices of bacon from a butcher, then frankly how you cook it matters ye not one bit
