I think it would have to be a total paradigm shift for even the worst climate change predictions to have any significant impact on plate tectonics.

Depending on the level of sea level rise, the shapes of the coastlines could change very significantly. I wasn't suggesting that is would affect the process of plate tectonics at all.

EDIT: It is also interesting that plate tectonics suggests there was once one super-continent and this model suggests that ultimately to one continent it would all return.
