Congrats.

I heard of a few in Ipswich being sent to Haverhill. I'd want some sort of vaccine to ever set foot in that town of the damned again.

Presumably because of the numbers using the website, your booking isn't secure until you've reached the end. I'd got booked in for Bury St Edmunds tomorrow and again in May, only to be told at the end that one of the slots was no longer available.

Big fan of Long Melford.

Some good antiques shops and an excellent church.

Text today to book my first one (with appointments as soon as tomorrow morning). Which surprised me somewhat, being nowhere near 65 years of age, not vulnerable nor a key worker. Tho from what I gather, our local setup is going at a high rate of knots.

Good Lord! Whatever is it?

There are hardly any antique shops left in Melford now.
Mainly art galleries and boutique homeware these days.

Very true, but if you set out along the old railway line towards Lavenham, there's a fascinating WW2 pillbox.

Long Melford is also home to probably the best curry house in Suffolk other than Chutneyz in Ipswich.

When I got my text at the weekend it mentioned appointments were available at Haverhill, I still booked an appointment for Trinity Park rather than travel.

Is that Melford valley?

I've not tried it but fancy treating myself to one at some point.

The one in Lavenham is among the worst food I've ever come across.

Might be good idea for the fine people of Ipswich to get out and see a bit of culture

Culture? I've never felt so uneasy in a town. Like it was one minor incident away from turning into a scene from the Walking Dead.

Dunno what it's like there nowadays but I worked the market there many years ago and I'll say this.

If someone demanded a refund you gave it whether the customer was in the right or wrong, regardless.

Yes it is, it's bl00dy lovely. I'm not usually one for Indian buffets but theirs is superb, they do them on a sunday.
