Premier League clubs don't spend their money on players of Dozzell's profile. He's too old to be judged purely on potential and hasn't been consistent enough to earn the move on the basis of his performances.
In the unlikely event that Norwich (or any other club at that level) are interested, given the strength of their scouting, data analysis, recruitment knowledge, the club should be asking themselves massive questions about what they're seeing that we aren't.
But it's far more likely that it'll be a club like QPR or Blackburn that comes in, offers us £600-900k because they think he's risk worth taking for a first team squad place. His underlying numbers are good relative to the rest of our team and they'll take that as an indication he can do more in a better team. | |

One thing I would say about that was that Steve McGavin was at Norwich at the time they were previously interested and in a role with the development squad, if I remember rightly, and he's no longer there, so they may not necessarily be so keen now. |  | | |
