i think he's a very streetwise player. Will always do the nasty stuff that other more pleasing on the eye players wont. A streetfighter and more ability on the ball than some give him credit for. Also he makes stuff happen. And if hes got switched on players around him like Burns and Piggott in and around him they will benefit. | |

I don't think there will be any hassle this season.
I actually think Cook and his crew are probably the right people to have around him. They're cut from the same cloth by all accounts. I think he'll play well for them and I get the impression and have heard that they like him. | |

His goals to appearances in recent years has been excellent (one in two?). The main issue is fitness. 40 appearances in two seasons isn’t good enough. I just don’t think you can build any sort of team with players that can’t play the games.
His contract may be a factor in his not being bombed out and given that there are goals in him at this level, I agree it’d be nuts to let him play for a final and pay a % of his wages. |  | | |

If he's fit then possibly Norwood's goals are too important to leave him out of the side but not sure what formation Cook would play to fit Pigott and Norwood in the side together?? | | | |
