It's taken one game for the overreacting to commence 17:16 - Aug 7 with 798 viewsChrisd

Yes, it was disappointing not to get off to a winning start, but we played well apart from a couple of individual errors. Last season , we would've lost that game but this group of players fought until the end, got the equaliser and even had a chance at the end to win it. If anything I'm sure this would highlight to PC that the defence still needs some tinkering/work. Think of the bigger picture, not just one isolated game. Bottom-line, we didn't lose and we move on to the next game.

It was a good game, and a lot to be excited about, at the same time it is clear to see where we need to tighten up too. Neither one of their goals were because of the way the team was playing, it was silly errors by an individual player - so - we go again, but if there is business to be done in CB still, we need to get it over the line as a priority.

It's not really an overreaction is it? Paul Lambert would have rightfully been lambasted if this result had happened last season (with an equivalent recently promoted side).

And bottom line besides Penney we were playing with same useless Twonks in defence from last year. Get in a commanding centre-half and Coulson and get Edmundson fit and let's see how we gel from there.

Admittedly I've got the two worst bedwetters on ignore, but literally the only person complaining here is Fishers.

Mainly because he can't think of anything else to get attention.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

The chat is for people who find the Sport On Suffolk phone in an intellectual barrier too high.

He is wanting to be the first to cry "Cook Out" - its sad to see. Not quite got the stones to do it yet though.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. He's got no direction now that PRP and Gwion have gone.

So he appears to have decided to turn into a Makin/MarkyP tribute act.

Last season, we wouldn't have comeback twice and kept pushing until the very end - there's a positive difference straight away. Honestly, some feel we are going to win every game this season - we won't, case in point today. Take the point and lets move on. PC will be able to see what still needs improving.
