I've never heard Sitters called that before. Fruity maybe, but not over-hopped. There's only one Hoppy on here, and you can't get more hoppy than Hoppy.
(Agreed, although I also prefer some of their stuff to the bland mainstream crap. They're not a patch on genuine craft beer places though). |  |

Not from me. Their lager is better than a lot of other supermarket offerings. It all comes down to supply at the end of the day. There's a cracking independent beer shop up in Bala* that has some amazing niche stuff, has a good selection on draft to try, organises tastings, has a beer club, etc. It's a long way to go to Bala to buy some carry outs for the weekend though!

Not sure, what with the prices theyll charge, the kind of abv % they sell arent the kind of things you want to down prematch if you want to remember the game, plus theyve been upsetting their core fans alot lately.
Normally plans for their new bars are kind of announced upfront, Ipswich has never really been on that list, and whilst there have been "def info" rumours for years about various locations in the Town theyd supposedly bought and were turning into a bar, I wonder how much there really is in this and it's not just Ipswich central boosting their profile with an easy filler story for the Star.
As i look at the locations of existing UK BD bars, and Ipswich would stand out from their normal beery profile imo,which would have to signify a change in their approach, given Covid19 and their persistent crowdfunding appeals and would seem a gamble

I haven't been to Ipswich in a couple of years now because of Covid and my son being born just before that. Is that Briarbank place still open? I like it in there and their beers are decent.
