...as in players he had before Morsy, Walton, Evans, Chaplin will leave in Jan?

No.

They aren't as wedded to him as they are to the long term lucrative contracts they have.

Most of them can get equally lucrative contracts elsewhere at the drop of a hat, so looking at Morsy statements I wouldn’t be surprised

The only Muff in Town.

Would make perfect sense to move 3/4 on if we can get a good enough fee which will allow the new manager to bring in some new faces. I know the Owners have money but how many players would you want on the payroll that don't play.

And to be clear, I hope they stay. I hope the new manager who comes in after McG surprises and re-ignites them.

They are all great players at this level.

Chaplin, Evans and Morsy are all under contract, so they'll only be leaving if we can re-coup our money, I imagine.

Walton? Well, if anyone wanted to pay the required loan fee/wages to have him as first-choice goalkeeper in the Championship, then I suspect he'd already be there rather than here.

More worrying is club captain talking about enthusiasm being found again.

How do you lose that inside a few months to being with.

If the new boss is Liam Manning (and of course that is a very big if), I would like to see Scott Twine follow him, in which case it might be no surprise to see one of our many forward-thinking players depart. But beyond that, I have no idea. You wouldn't think so, unless (a) they have to go to make room for multiple signings, (b) there's some sort of serious squad unhappiness that we don't know about (probably unlikely), or (c) some of them realllllly unimpresses the new boss over the next 6 weeks.

I was informed by an MK Dons fan that when Russell Martin left for Swansea, part of the agreement was that he was unable to poach any of his ex-players from the Dons. If this is true, I would imagine they would look to do the same with Manning.

Exactly. I've lost my enthusiasm for playing for the club. Even though I've only played 15 or 20 games. Pathetic.

He was repeating what John McGreal said. They aren't Morsy's words.

Hey now, hey now, don't dream it's over
