From McKenna's interview it sounds like it might be Edwards.

Would like to see him given a go there. No end product isn't there, but he's never not tracked back, or been able to win the ball, it could be the making of him here

I don't think he'll want to deviate from the back 3 so it'll be a straight swap in terms of personnel I think. Rightly so, we can't let 1 suspension change our approach.

I think he's got a few choices, he either goes for Edwards and accepts that defensively we might be compromised, but arguably that's the case with KVY in there too. With Edmundson on the left of the 3 I wouldn't be averse to that. The alternative is probably Clements who is a complete rookie and looked off it IMO earlier in the season, or Burgess who we'll get little from offensively and will imbalance the side. So if Penney isn't fit I think it has to be Edwards. At least he has a couple of sessions to familiarise himself.

McKenna didn't seem too concerned and suggested Penney and/or Coulson might be available and that Edwards might be okay to play wing back role.
