Dishoom, Coal Office, German Gymnasium etc. Sons & Daughters for something lighter (owned by the old singer of Hope of the States, if you liked their music!), plus plenty of great places to drink. As mentioned, Coal Drop Yard if you're near Kings Cross, I'll throw in Drummond Street if you're near Euston (if you're in the mood for Indian food - grotty weather today, so I would be :^D) and if you don't fancy taking a chance, there are plenty of chain restaurants between the two stations... |  |

One recommendation the other side of Euston for another time though is Honey & Co in Warren St:

That area has some brilliant restaurants. Both honey & co and honey & smoke are great.
Can also recommend Clipstone which is nearby, it is the little brother of Michelin star Portland but has similar quality food at a lower price. |  | | |
