I agree where the pedestrians were crossing the road, but when they’re ambling along the cycle lane for no good reason? If someone was walking down the middle of the road like that, I doubt car drivers would slow down to their pace - they’d hoot them to get out of the way. | |

To be fair to the air horn chappy, I have little tinkly bell on my bike which I use to alert pedestrians to my presence, however half of them are one of: hard of hearing, plain oblivious or, and most often, listening to something on their ear buds, so don't hear it. An air horn would get around that. | |

Mate, much of that footage was in semi-pedestrianised areas.
He knows what's ahead but is only keen on making a point.
The only point he's made is that he's yet to realise is that life doesn't revolve around him.
He didn't even slow for that corner knowing full well it's also a space for people to cross on foot. No due care etc.
The bloke's a dick and probably behaves just as self-entitled in a car if he has one. |  |

It's the same attitude you sometimes see when you join a roundabout legitimately but there's a car on its way to your right.*

Couple of years back I got the train to that there London and took my mountain bike with me for a spin. Proceeded to proper boot it through the city - really enjoyed it - weaving in and out of the peds / cabs / buses.
If that was my commute don't think I'd last a month before having a wipeout of some sort!
