Probably £500k with add ons. Suspect it will be carefully tied in (but not dependant on ) the Simpson deal.
£400k I'm guessing, it's the last day of the transfer window and while I don't think we're at the desperate stage it does put Burton in a strong position to ask for a bit more, ie take it or leave it.

And yet we think we can get 500k plus for Simpson who was ok in half a season at league 2. 500k for this lad seems about right.
Burton should be delighted with £300k and a solid sell on clause. Then if he does well and we go up there's always the chance someone spunks £5 mil on him or something in a couple of years and they end up with a second payday.
