That is the hypothetical end of the process. But I think it's more common for clubs to make their own agreements once it becomes clear what's happening. It only goes to tribunal after that if the selling club aren't satisfied with the terms offered. | |

I don't know where he's from, someone suggested he may be from nearer to London, but not sure on that.
Shame he's gone. I know he was targeted by Spurs last summer and the club thought he was going to join them then, but he and his family opted to stay here at that point.
Dean Wright talks about it here without naming the player (I didn't mention it as he was a schoolboy and didn't want to put too much focus on him at that point).

No, there's a formula for players who haven't signed scholarships, but I assume CL would have done so. As far as I'm aware, the clubs have agreed terms between them. A tribunal only comes into it if terms aren't agreed.
