Iorfa is doing well with him at times. But jch also showing great toughness in holding the ball up and getting fouls.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking. Harsh on Harness but I think this guy could be absolute quality with some good coaching

Mason-Clarke on 20:48 - May 18 with 2095 views | Swansea_Blue | No from me. I prefer them a bit more feminine with softer curves. But these days anything goes, and he seems like a nice lad, so go for it! .

Harness comes across a really nice guy and he has a talent. I just don't see a championship player there. Mason Clarke tho looks like he could hold his own for sure.

Not suggesting as a starter just the same as both Edwards and Harness , I just think he might offer even more than the two mentioned working with KMcK for a while Knock some of the rough edges off him I reckon he’d be an upgrade on both Edwards (who I really like ) and Harness

I don’t even see a L1 player with Harness, but he did have a little spell in the autumn I suppose. You can’t afford to be dreadful for 1/2 a season though. Pompey fans said he blew hot and cold and they weren’t wrong. I suspect his opportunities next season will be very limited (I wouldn’t at all be surprised if he moves on). Mason Clarke’s not doing it for me either. I think Kieran and team will have the knowledge and contacts to find us better than both of these players.

Not quite the same type of player as Harness, more of a direct rival to Edwards potentially? I like Harness but his composure just isn't quite the same league as Broadhead, which is ultimately why he has played more his career in League One

The more you saw of Harness the less his signing made sense when we already had edwards. No control of the ball. Incredible lack of composure. Runs straight into trouble and has this weird obsession of trying to nutmeg a player as his way of gaining a yard.. failing then giving away a freekick. I'm really intrigued to see what level of player we bring in.. Mentioned earlier the signing for Sunderland of jobe Bellingham from brum.. I agree with Joe that that's the level of signing we need but we will do it year 1 back in championship. If not then the Mason Clarke types might be options. I will add as mentioned earlier. I could see why KM wanted Taylor. Could really develop him. [Post edited 18 May 2023 21:12]

I love the new version of Edwards. Interesting to see how he gets on next season.

Mason-Clarke on 21:39 - May 18 with 1732 views | JDB23 | Not sure I’d take any Peterborough player tbh. Edwards might be decent in a better organised team but other than that not really. Thought the hype over Taylor last game was way over blown, made plenty of mistakes and hasn’t impressed that much any time I’ve seen him. We should be aiming higher now.

But even when every number 10 we had was injured, McKenna still didn’t play Edwards. Aluko was out injured for 3 months, and walked back in the side ahead of him. I like Edwards, but I don’t think he’s as good as some people make him out to be on here, and I’d suggest given his lack of starts, McKenna thinks the same. I liked Harness for the first 2 months, looked a real good signing. Then he got injured, and was poor thereafter. It’s fair to say, you can see the difference in quality from Broadhead to Harness. Fingers crossed we can keep Broadhead fit as he’s the dogs b0llocks.
