What culinary delights have you served up tonight then?

Pretty happy with my effort. Italian sausage stew with loads of veg from the garden in it (including cavalo Nero for the authentic Italian touch).

I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun. I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.

Vegetable Korma curry with lots of vegetables from the allotment, and coconut rice. Very enjoyable it was too.

Incendiary hot chilli con carne, using red pepper instead of red beans, lots of garlic, served with garlic bread (bought gthe bread, mixed the garlic butter). Mrs FE had the same, but a mild version of the chilli.

Salt cod with crispy Maris Piper cubes, silky-scrambled eggs, parsley and black olive tapenade, finished off with a sprinkling of extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar. Plus steamed fine beans, asparagus and carrot on the side.

Trust the process. Trust Phil.

Spicy beef and broccoli with egg noodles. Having a real 'spice and stirfry' kick lately.

….was indeed required.

The wife makes a decent omelette. I may get her to knock one up tonight while I watch the football.

I’ll load the dishwasher afterwards, modern man.

It's Tuesday lunchtime now so, three Heck chipolatas, egg, three very modest spuds from the garden so a potato cake as well, carrot and courgette. Then a banana, will make some raspberry and rhubarb crumble (fruit from the garden too) and twenty five grammes of Aldi's finest eighty five per cent dark chocolate. And the last of the coffee from the filter jug (beans, also Aldi, ground this morning.)
