Do premier league control the tv, as in what is shown? And just sell it to different broadcasters ?

If my recollection is correct, and it often isnt, the ball hit Hutch more or less on the goal line from the previous shot and we 'scored' from the reobound. Hutch was off for that one. |  |

He was potentially offside when the volley came in and in front of the keeper- though there was a defender scrambling to get back ont he pitch so id like to see it.
