My three main hopes for the next few days/weeks 08:50 - Mar 16 with 2456 views | Zonderman | 1. KM confirms he will remain with us next season regardless of the league the club finds itself in. 2. Mark Ashton will need to say the right things about the remainder of 24/25 but to assure us all of the planning in the event of relegation. 3. A recruitment department overhaul. Would love a specialist to come in with an emphasis on obtaining gems from the overseas market.
My three main hopes for the next few days/weeks on 09:02 - Mar 16 with 2349 views | Pique | 1. Think that's highly unlikely. 2. Think he will do that, but probably not until the season is over. 3. I really don't know where we are with this. Ashton made a big deal about the 'recruitment room' approach when he arrived, and before this season our recruitment has generally been good, but clearly not up to Premier League levels, particularly as we appear to have no overseas scouting resources. Ashton really needs to be clear on where we're going with this.

MA's hardest job in the summer will be trying to get some players off the books.
My three main hopes for the next few days/weeks on 09:14 - Mar 16 with 2252 views | Pinewoodblue | 1 KMc isn’t ready to accept relegation is inevitable , when he is I am sure he will commit to not just next season but to the full length of his contract. 2 Only when that happens will Ashton give him an unconditional vote of confidence. As for your third point all that is required is to carry out a detailed enquiry, possibly by someone not currently connected with the club , and understand what went wrong. Your opinion, and others on here, count for nothing. Our role is to support.

There is bordering on no chance that he is here at the end of that contract.

Agreed but he may well be poached, after he has proved himself at the top level. He is being out manoeuvred by more experienced managers and not responding correctly, if you like the fine margins are his.

Re-1 You could tell by his body language on the touch line yesterday and his demeanour in the post match interview that he already knows this- but obviously will not say so publicly

If they don't get the international recruitment thing sorted pronto, they're going to find themselves in a bit of bother. They need to find six new lightweight dribbler winger/Number 10 hybrids, over the.next two transfer windows, and there aren't many left in the English Leagues that they haven't already tried. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

1 - he listened to multiple offers when we had just been promoted, he’s not hanging about here if anyone sniffs around him as a championship manager 😂😂😂 (Although, personally, not too sure his stock will be what it was)

Don’t be silly, some people just have such unrealistic expectations!!! You’ll be wanting world peace, an end to poverty and the bbc to remake Tripods next

We will have little pressure to get players 'off the books'. Most of the ones we've invested in over the last 12 months, we'll want to retain and will only go if we get a offer too good to turn down. Outside of the new recruits, many will be looking for their last career move, have cost is little and have minimal 'value' on the books. These will unlikely be difficult to move on. MA's hardest job is likely finding a couple of new recruits to further bolster our chances next season.
My three main hopes for the next few days/weeks on 10:49 - Mar 17 with 1129 views | baxterbasics | I suspect the line on point 1 from both KM and the club will be a firm "KM is contracted until (whatever year) and he is going nowhere" - right up until the point he is going! whenever that may be.

My three main hopes for the next few days/weeks on 12:37 - Mar 17 with 1038 views | Sharkey | It seems highly improbable, but it would be nice to see someone from the U21s come off the bench and look at least half decent. It always seems to me that the first team and the U21s are like two different clubs, and almost nobody takes any interest in the U21s at all, - which is understandable as there has been no obvious reason to do so. But some 'green shoots' in that area might cheer the place up a bit. (To be clear, I don't mean in the next three or four games, but after that.) I wonder if Leicester and Southampton have more players they think it's worth playing with an eye on next season. [Post edited 17 Mar 12:46]

My three main hopes for the next few days/weeks on 12:40 - Mar 17 with 1022 views | TractorFrog | The first one won't happen because it all depends on what offers come in the summer, but based on his transfer strategy of signing players from the future, I think McKenna would only move if it's a major promotion, like to a top six club, as seemed to be his thoughts last season, and I don't think that would come. Also the team that wanted him would have to pay a huge fee.
| They'd all laugh at me if they knew what I was trying to do. To create a new strain of super-wine in half-an-hour with a fraction of nature's resources and a FOOL for an assistant. 'Bernard Black, he's mad,' they'd say, 'he's insane, he's dangerous.' Well I'll show them! I'll show them all! | Poll: | Who should start in CM with Cajuste? |
