If they don't get the international recruitment thing sorted pronto, they're going to find themselves in a bit of bother.
They need to find six new lightweight dribbler winger/Number 10 hybrids, over the.next two transfer windows, and there aren't many left in the English Leagues that they haven't already tried. | | | |

MA's hardest job in the summer will be trying to get some players off the books. |
We will have little pressure to get players 'off the books'. Most of the ones we've invested in over the last 12 months, we'll want to retain and will only go if we get a offer too good to turn down.
Outside of the new recruits, many will be looking for their last career move, have cost is little and have minimal 'value' on the books. These will unlikely be difficult to move on.
MA's hardest job is likely finding a couple of new recruits to further bolster our chances next season. | | | |

It seems highly improbable, but it would be nice to see someone from the U21s come off the bench and look at least half decent. It always seems to me that the first team and the U21s are like two different clubs, and almost nobody takes any interest in the U21s at all, - which is understandable as there has been no obvious reason to do so. But some 'green shoots' in that area might cheer the place up a bit.
(To be clear, I don't mean in the next three or four games, but after that.) I wonder if Leicester and Southampton have more players they think it's worth playing with an eye on next season. [Post edited 17 Mar 12:46]

The first one won't happen because it all depends on what offers come in the summer, but based on his transfer strategy of signing players from the future, I think McKenna would only move if it's a major promotion, like to a top six club, as seemed to be his thoughts last season, and I don't think that would come. Also the team that wanted him would have to pay a huge fee. |  |
