Didn't P S start the original Those Were The Days fanzine? Phil and Gav took it online after a couple of other print 'owners'.
Dribble and Blue were the other fanzines but TWTD was more consistent in terms of decent quality articles. [Post edited 23 Jun 0:00]

If we were starting it as a news and views website, which is what it's been for the last 25 years, we'd have chosen something more newsy and less fanziney. It did cause us problems with one or two people at the club arguing we were 'just a fanzine' when we were trying to get access, hence we promoted TWTD rather than the full name in an NME or GQ sort of way. | | | |
