I think it was O'Shea wasn't it? I haven't seen it back but I think he drove out of defence and played it forward to him.

Yes, I think so. We called it a 'Burgess-ball'.

Ta!

Was very nice.

O'Shea also unlucky not to score with his header!

Pretty sure he played Hirst in last week too. Something that you actually rarely saw from Woolfenden. Despite the criticism of O'Shea with his feet.

If you look back at oshea games with Burnley he was involved in a fair few shots and goals with the balls he played. Some don't come off.. we saw a few today but some are incredibly dangerous attacking balls.

a niche perspective

No criticism of O'Shea, he's a topbloke but I'd love him to calibrate the sights on his goal-bound headers in the area. He'd be a prolific goal scorer If the crossbar was 18 inches higher.

Azon did very well with that because he cut inside and made room for the shot.

Indeed, his touch was very good in the short period of time he was on the pitch.

He was decent but had a LOT of time to set himself for that shot.
Philogene and that was in....

He looks like he has skill and energy. Better than the Iraqi scouser anyway.
