We criminally lack pace- there is no fear for teams to press us really high due to this - compress the midfield area and it nullifies both our wingers. Too slow and ponderous in the build up and pretty easy to defend against. It’s not working but hopefully we have a good bench to get us a couple of goals as QPR look pretty rubbish also. I thought last season we were building a team more physical and paced for us to compete if we got promoted. I’m not seeing that in any of the players we have got. |  | | |

It was a good result in the end, but anyone who says it was a 4-1 game didn’t watch it. Our defence at time is awful. We will get punished against better opponents. For that I will get called out as usual, but it was there for all to see again. Never the less it is a confidence boost, so perhaps things will start clicking. | | | |

Dont be silly. It was a disjointed first half with the usual problems at the back, in the middle and up top. We lost our heads a bit again after conceding and after a decent first 15 struggled to get any hold of the game. My comments were obviously based on that half and the same inadequacies from previous games. It's oh so easy and lazy to take the moral high ground when it goes on to be a Town victory. The second half was much better thankfully but that does not take away the performance in the first half and some massive defensive holes still in the second. Some odd cultish behaviour on this site at time to gain 'uppies' etc but you do you. | | | |

See this is the difference between a moan and being a complete baby and throwing your toys out of the pram.
The OP is relatively restrained and comments on the game in annoyance, gets a few down arrows but not mega. Then the follow up dummy spitters talk about spending a fortune and being really poor, extrapolating that the manager can't motivate, and the classic that we haven't got any players to scare teams this season, and they are rightly piled on as idiotic.
