I think we did OK, but we didnt really play anyone of note.
The Mexico match was THE memory from this WC, what a night.
I think thats why the surrender last night was such a disappointment. Its not a case of whether we shut up shop, its not having an out ball at least that was unforgivable. |  |

Paul Scholes, who was just as good as Modric, Pirlo, Xavi and Iniesta. The Barcelona boys used to watch videos of him at La Masia.
So being England, we decided to play him on the left wing to ensure Gerrard and Lampard could play together and compete to see which one could be the bigger headless chicken.
