Just months after delivering another title win, with a little help from VAR, they are chanting “Martin, Martin get to fcuk”. McKenna would be made to get himself involved in that toxic environment.

Antisemites, Jew haters and crashing bores will be put on ignore.

Classy bunch. 74 year old bloke who has won them about 10 trophies. Imagine being that much of a w@nker that your club loses a couple of games (still be top of the league, by the way) and reacting like that.

The modern day football supporter isn't it

Short term gain offers short term memory

Imagine having that much success under Marin O'Neil over the years and it still not being good enough !

Pretty sure that's the audio from Rangers fans singing to Russell Martin.

Principle stands though, incredibly entitled lot.

If the pressure of managing Ipswich got too much for him, Scotland is not the place for him.

Really short memories.

Scottish football seems a little bit pointless to me. Losing that game shouldn't matter as much as it apparently does.

Love seeing them lose.

McKenna would be mad to lower himself to go there. His stock is already high enough to get a job with the likes of Palace, Brighton, Forest, Brentford etc if the jobs were available. Going to Celtic wouldn't make much sense at all.

Every club has them though. We're no saints, Burley got us Europe and many demanded he go, then when Joe Royle took us to two Playoffs on a shoestring and we simply ran out of resources, many demanded him out!

Losing twice to rangers in a week will do that, but isn’t it their ongoing struggles in Europe that’s driving their frustrations? They’re a very big club (albeit in an uncompetitive league) but continue to be outperformed by much smaller clubs in Europe

O'Neil looked fairly frazzled at the end of last season, elected to carry on for another season, maybe the wrong decision. Also, they weren't great last year, Rangers were obviously dire and Hearts fell away as Celtic dug deep. Another year on and their new transfers aren't pulling up any trees. Kasper Hogh from Bodo Glimt looked the part and got off to a good start with a hat trick in I think his league second game, but they are the only goals scored, Duran is average. Clearly missing Maeda. Selling Engels and Tata has ripped up the heart of the midfield. Goals have dried up. There is clear antipathy to the board there, has been for a while. Disappointed they have turned on O'Neil. Losing to Rangers who have made a decent start, twice in a week does not help. Still top, without looking great though, but that just shows how poor the league is. I think O'Neil wants out.
