People like you assuming people who lean to the right are thick. Extremely ignorant

Well I'm not part of this FLA so I'm not sure how they perceive it. But me personally I think it is people trying to show unity in quite testing times. For example rival teams coming together and putting football into context ( how unimportant it is in comparison to some of the trouble today's society faces ). And from what I've seen these aren't protests and not violent or aggressive. I don't think it will change anything but I think as I said, it's to show unity and togetherness. What do you think ?

I think there are dark undertones to it. I've not seen anyone saying you're thick because you lean to the right though.

I saw a man acting quite aggressive and running up the stairs to square up to someone who voiced disagreement with the flag. A steward made her presence known and he quickly ran back to hold on to the flag again.. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Lower North banner on 05:11 - Oct 2 by Keaneish | "Wouldn't last five minutes in the real world?" Where is this real world you speak of? Given your rather blinkered and naieve views about marches in league with the EDL I think it's maybe your view that's out-of-touch with multi-cultural Britain in the 21st Century. And, I can assure you, your idle, weak threats hold no fear here. Nor do non-sensical, ill-informed, loutish marches in protest against two thousand year old theological doctrine. If any of these words are too big for you, maybe stick to a channel that doesn't rely on words as it's primary means of communication. |
Bring it on, who the hell do you think you are.

For someone obviously so intelligent you could not see the irony in my words. I may be thick but I'm a better person than you. I never have an opinion of someone until I truly know them. You sound like a middle class spoilt brat with a very unrealistic ideology.

Politics has no place in football. Whether it was the 'refugees welcome' banners we saw a few years a back or this FLA stuff we have now. Football is time to support your team, not display you political allegiances.

Of course there are links but it's still not the place to display whther you're left, right or down the middle. You go football to support your team, not a political party/movement.

The clubs you mention have a political background to them & obviously there is some correlltion between the two. But in England when there is no real political divides like those you mention I don't think it's right for fans to be displaying their allegiances at games & effectively speaking for everyone else there. Who in their right mind goes to PR & thinks 'I'm going to show everyone that I'm against Islam extremism today' Just find it a little odd but I guess that may just be down to me as an individual not really being bothered by politics.
