It's just his age, he's having to make do and in some cases slow the pace down a bit to be able to play his game. I agree with others that he shouldn't play a full season again. |

Nah, it's nothing new. People were whining about bad performances and certain players all through 2014/15. Hell, when we scored 5 goals three games running people were booing Scowie onto the pitch. |  |

I've also always thought he has absolutely no idea when it comes to talking about football. Glad it's not just me. It's always the ones that have no idea that always get the most defensive and come out with the "i'm more qualified to talk about it than most" which is absolute nonsense in itself. |  |

It's more that generally he is fine and yet there are some who think he is absolutely horrendous when it clearly isn't the case.
Chambers has basically started every game in his career since he was 18, whereas someone like Ndaba is 20 and spend last season being sent back from loan spells at Hemel Hempstead and Chelmsford having played 45 minutes between his 2 spells there as wasn't very good.......if Ndaba is the future then we are in a bit of trouble.
Pre season for the senior players is for getting minutes into their bodies and managing themselves through it mainly, but Chambers was a bit hesitant once when they had a shot, and gave the ball away 2 or 3 times - bit other than that was pretty confident and comfortable.
The fact both Chambers and Skuse are still starting says more about those trying to take their place than it does them, someone needs to get the shirt of them - and despite them being at the very end of their careers no-one has been able to do it |  |

There's an unhealthy rule on TWTD that means certain defenders get completely pulled apart for literally absolutely no reason, bizarrely after keeping a clean sheet and restricting their opponents to one shot on target.
Ndaba played well last night but to say he is the future is a bit far at this point. He needs football league experience on loan somewhere, like Woolfenden did at Swindon. [Post edited 19 Aug 2020 19:48]
