Many people seem to think that people disagreeing with their views equates to them being "cancelled." And in the odd cases where someone has been fired for airing a point of view (Farage at LBC after comparing BLM to the Taliban) a private company is within their right to terminate an individuals' employment if they feel they are damaging their brand.
