What would it take for a PRP protest? 09:25 - Nov 10 with 2389 viewsBluefish

When we can leave home again and mix in numbers greater than 6 (not that it would have changed the bedsheet Rich protests about Super Jim). What will it take for a protest at Shambert? We don't even need to be allowed in, w reasonable number waiting at the entrance should do the trick. Did our supporters get too invested in PRP to now make amends?

A person can't be sacked for something they haven't done yet, even if you think they might. Neither can you sack them for something done months ago for which you didn't sack them at the time.

You may think it inevitable that Lambert will mess up (and, based on his recent record, that is not an irrational conclusion), but the reality is that the team is currently where it needs to be in the table and he might not.

I'd be intrigued to know actually, and I don't think you've ever said, who would you like to take over from Lambert? Please don't say "anyone" or "my cat." You must have someone specific in mind?

Trust the process. Trust Phil.

Maybe if he were to drop Edwards?

Imagine if Lambert got sacked and they replaced him with Gwion!

Trust the process. Trust Phil.

I'd go with that list too, in that order.

He's admitted he doesn't watch many other teams so this may be asking the impossible.

He's living rent free in his head.

And I can just imagine them and others punching the air with joy during this spate of game-deciding decisions we're being on the wrong end of too.

Worked out well last season.....

I hope we don't experience the same fall from grace as last season. Suggestions on this forum that we were not playing well and would be found out were largely greeted with scorn.

"We're top, why are you moaning"
"We're second, why are you so negative"
"We're in the play off places, stop complaining"
"We're just outside the playoffs, we'll be fine"
"We could still make the playoffs, keep the faith"

Personally, I think we might well have a squad good enough to go up but I don't think PL is the man to take us there.

Very rarely. And tends to be regarded as bizarre behaviour. Can only be rationalised if you have a stunningly better candidate lined up (which I doubt, in our present circumstances).

The time to sack Lambert was in the summer, or if he messes up this season. Now is not particularly logical.

Good Lord! Whatever is it?

Is there any part of the day when you're not thinking about Lambert?

Surprising that Simon has ignored this question. Definite issues with his obsession. It's almost like Fatal Attraction or something, Blubfish is gonna break into PL's house and boil his rabbit!

Dyer and Holland dream team. Worth a go and I think it would work. Think the Cowley Bros. but with an Ipswich connection. Must be worth a try.

Dyer has strongly hinted his interest. It is only Lambert's compo that will be the stumbling block.

Evans would love that and I think it is what he's planning. Cheap option, keep the fans happy, drop into the 4th tier with the hope of young and exciting kids coming through and better football... keeping things cost effective for the owner while convincing the hardcore fans things are about to improve.

When I say bit weird I mean it is another poster that doesn't seem to be ok with the standard etiquette of not using real names and resorts to getting all weird and personal. Fooking melt
