Oddly I have a Guaranteed by 1pm parcel due to arrive (they still sell it as that) but terms of service state its actually Guaranteed by 4pm... I am so glad that privatising RM has improved the service. |  |

Waited for [redacted*] delivery this a.m.; watched from other side of glass front door as driver sat in van for 2 mins, never got out of it at all let alone attempt to make delivery; left & then 1 minute later I got the "package handed to resident" email  
*OK, Amazon "Prime" (I know, I know) who are actually even worse than Hermes, which I didn't think would be possible for any courier to 'achieve'. Cancelled free trial membership.

Unfortunately for said driver, the guy fits CCTV for a living and sent the footage to Yodel within 5 minutes of the 'failed' delivery
