I personally think it’s more likely Evans or O’Neil would explain the situation to the new manager and they would make the decision on whether the ban could be lifted, rather than it being imposed on them. I could be wrong though! |  |

It does makes sense on a number of levels, the fans would give him time, he knows the squad and where each player fits, he is a student of the game and he wouldn't be hugely expensive as he can't command huge salary given his inexperience.

To be fair it would be a no lose situation, if he came in and didn't manage to reach the play offs (given our current form) but showed signs of improvement and positivity then he would be given the benefit of the doubt, if he takes over and charges us up the table to promotion then he will go down as a town legend within 6 months. | |
