No, I wasn't aware of the tweet when I wrote my story having had a call around after earlier posts. I was actually on the phone telling the club what I was going to post out of courtesy when this thread was started. |

Not a shock, always hear lots about takeovers close, only to fall through. Think a few on here will be disappointed though.
As I've said before, getting things right ON the pitch is the important thing, Lambert going was the big one for me, a takeover is less so, I think ME is doing an ok (ish) job and rather look at that side in the summer if we need to.

Just getting up is not the answer. The Championship isn't the Prem - there's no £100 million for just getting there. Without proper investment, in terms of the power and momentum of our current side, we're Rotherham or Wycombe. Cook will bring improvement, but not miracles. |  |

Have you heard anything as to the whys and wherefores behind the collapse Phil?
Having said he would step aside if the right potential owner came along (and I'm not saying Game changer are, coz we haven't really heard much) Evans has to be transparent as to why the breakdown, do the club plan to issue a statement?
So far all we've had is denial of any offer despite v clear evidence other wise So Evans needs to be honest about what is going on with the club. |  |
