I had been wondering about the same question as the OP. I wonder if Zlatan would be even more of a coup than Drogba at Phoenix or would be a similar sort of scale. I do wonder if they will attempt something along those lines and whether they will succeed if they do.

Imagine the effect that a character like Zlatan would have on the dressing room. Wasn't that the main point of Drogba signing? He appears to have played 22 games scoring 14 goals so had a big impact on the pitch too even aged 40. Zlatan, despite being a similar age, is still playing for Milan so I doubt he would drop to this level. Drogba was only playing one step higher in the US when he made the move wasn't he?

I wonder if there is someone who would be similar and feasible. We certainly need experienced leadership characters of this sort.
