- Finland & Italy both doing heavy metal/rock entries. The latter are favs.
- France and the Swiss with two beautiful ballads. Both not in English but are very nice.
- Germany with the worst entry I’ve ever seen at Eurovision.

Had he warbled in tune now and again it might have helped. But then the song was a dirge so probably not. Add in politics and I’m amazed he didn’t get a minus score.

i really enjoyed the contest. Something for everyone in there, and was great to see it back proper.
I was delighted that Italy won - liked it from first listen before the contest. Something a bit different! I also liked the Finland entry. The German one had me in hysterics.
UK did not deserve to get nil points, there were worse songs in there.
Would been gutted if that Swiss song had won - it was a bloody awful dirge and so was the French one.

A huge bag of cash I’d imagine is what Flo Rida has in common with San Marino!
We need to decide are we taking it seriously or do we go down the German route and just have some fun and go along for the ride.

I didn't love it. I said I didn't trust the voters around Europe. Once you vote for a drag queen with a beard to win it, then anything is possible. He looked like Logan Paul and I thought those who I imagine vote in things like this (18-50 year old women) might go for him.
