Morsy like all the others, Started off impressing. Now he looks like a similar version of dozzell. amazingly lightweight on the ball, not as hard tackling as I thought he was, doesn't go forward, well his body does, the ball comes back. When he joined he drove the team forward and altho his game isn't to put in killer balls.. he seems reluctant to press forward now and reverts to safe side ways football or bring it back edmundson.

Pretty impressive to get everything in a post the wrong way round. There are loads of examples of him doing exactly what you are saying he doesn't do.

I spoke to a Rotherham fan, and on their iFollow commentary they had Joe Mattock (left back for them who is currently injured).
He said he was just basically saying what their game plan was, telling the fans what their press triggers were etc, and how it was a cracking insight into how well prepared they were and how the game played out as they anticipated it would. |  |

That is a frankly ridiculous assessment. Morsy is nothing like Dozzell as a player and is certainly not lightweight.
We have many problems but Morsy is far from being at the top of the list, people seem to have quickly forgotten the Evans / Harper pairing and how ineffective that was. |  | | |

I said all the things you said about what he does were nonsense. It was a typical knee-jerk post based on one match (or historically for you, a portion of a match) ignoring the context of previous games.
There are loads of examples people could post of Morsy doing all the things you say he doesn't do. I think even you know that your list of things he can't do was complete bobbins.

Not at all stokie. You just fail to see a fault in players unless you specifically don't like them and then we hear all about. Which happens all all fan sites. I had to change it as you again took my post alot further than intended.
The OPS comment stated morsy was effectively the difference in town winning or losing. I was just pointing out that since his debut he hasn't shown the same performance and yes you're right he does things right at times. Of course otherwise he wouldn't have been a champ player. But there are plenty of examples of him doing exactly what I stated above too. At present as a midfielder in the two. He's doing alot of what dozzell did. Getting forward himself but then finding a way to play a pass backwards or sideways rather than forwards. Nothing wrong with that at times. But it became very frustrating last night and again its not the first time.
There's no need to believe every player signed is fantastic. You wouldn't take it that Edwards didn't do things. You didn't take it celina didn't do things. You now don't take it morsy doesn't do certain things consistently. Do you find fault in any player or only if you think of it first? | |

Truth is, if we need more up front we need a change of manager. Cook will not change from 1 up front. If that is no going to be enough, we need a new manager.
