Park off Wherstead Rd and walk in - quickest route out of Town post-match.

No idea why you would get pelters. For a lot of people there's no real viable alternative to driving gas guzzling cars.

I've always found parking to be a ball ache on match days but my mate recently moved to near Christchurch Park so recently I've left the motor at his and we've walked over to the ground, via a couple of pubs normally.

Yes cos Wherstead Road is practically on top of PR.

There must be better options than that shirley.

If driving, I often park on Paul Road (Paul's?) near the McDonald's - free, usually plenty of space, short walk and then easy to get to the A14.

Plenty of parking around Constitution Hill. 20 minute walk to the ground. 10 minutes to the Greyhound. Right side of Town to get out to Bury afterwards

LIkewise have a 2 hour journey on the A14 from Bedfordshire. Recently started parking near the old outdoor swimming pool on Sherrington Road (just off Norwich Road) - about a 15 minute walk to the ground and plenty of food options on route.

I used to live the ostrich end of Wherstead Rd and walked to and from Portman Rd many many times. Obviously I wouldn’t consider such things now as I’m a fat American who only drives anywhere and everywhere

I park where I park, last night I was a bit late in so didn’t bother with my usual space as knew it would’ve been gone, luckily I remembered another option, got there just in time as well as more cars soon followed and the road was filled, just a 14 min walk instead of 3.

I’m always recommending Crown Street, I should be on commission.

Great car park with a great location.

Can even cut through the estates from there to join Norwich Road right up by the BMW garage.

Little Gipping Street is very close to PR and gets you out quickly if you're aggressive enough on Portman Road.

I park in the football car park opposite the cinema, you can get out via the docks onto the A14 quite easily.

It’s a big multi storey 500+ spaces and there’s plenty of other options for shoppers other side of road and elsewhere in town so I’d say yes plenty of space. We used mid week before and was fine, not used myself on a Saturday but noticed the £2 football deal sign so they obviously have spare capacity they want to fill.

Burrell Road Car Park just down from the station? Out onto the A12 by the ski slope. It might be a long way round, but the traffic usually keeps moving.

Crown car park is my go to.

Really don't understand why people park outside the ground, looks like it takes an age to get out.
