Must be, the first day in Manchester was interesting. Nearly a riot to get a beer. Remember it being a Friday and getting the call about NB that weekend.
Stone Roses reunion was weird. I was too young to remember their first stint but it was a favorite for my sixth form crew round the pool table. Then out of the blue that press conference when I was at work 5-10 years later to first listening to them, we were all so excited as never thought we’d hear them outside a pub jukebox. It was iconic but listening back, their stuff live in the parks didn’t sound great.
I actually got to see them at MSG as well in 2016, that was brilliant seeing them in New York. Think they gave up and fell out again shortly after. [Post edited 22 Jun 2022 23:09]

Still quite poorly... she went to the doctors again on Monday, and it's some kind of post-multiple covid sort of chest infection she's suffering with at the moment. She was glad she hadn't got covid again for a 5th time tho. |

Daisy makes me wonder if the forum hasn't become even more gender unbalanced with DebsyAngel, Bluebell and NorthStand77 (?) hardly, if ever, posting. He was in my little cabal of Town fans at Lincoln. I was, of course, the sensible and level headed leader, a poster with several years service here before he arrived.
Obviously I was too mainstream, with fewer hot takes, as none of you miserable oiks have reminisced about the invasions of other messaged boards on the Rivals network, which I was rather heavily involved with.
