I would imagine they will be refunding it to a bank in the country you reside!
In all seriousness, though, once they realise it is a universal problem they should be automatically refunding on the cards that were used to pay regardless of whether they got a complaint. The Colchester chairman was brilliant at doing this when there was a problem for only part of a coverage wasn't he? | |

Yeah, that's my issue. I'm not bothering asking as, whilst I would not have purchased the match if I knew that I would be watching in a 5" screen, they will argue that I got the product I paid for.
