…and a Robson is officially returning to Portman Road full time!
Time for a new chapter supporting ITFC, my boys first season ticket and we’ll be in SBRU, couldn’t tear myself away from it, was looking at maybe Sir Alf upper and then Magnus Upper but it’s not the same.
A shame they don’t offer the U12 price everywhere though!
Here’s to ending this chapter with a promotion and continuing that in the next one!

I was a season ticket holder for about 20 years then had to change jobs three years ago due to illness. I have to work most Saturdays now so had to cancel my season ticket. Plus can only just get to ground in time for evening games.
Luckily (poor terminology) due to COVID restrictions I didn't miss much in year one.
Still managed about eight games this year.
I have purchased a new season ticket for next season knowing that it's unlikely I will make a lot of the games. It just didn't feel right not being a season ticket holder. Here's hoping for a sudden income windfall and a possible earlier retirement so that I can free up Saturdays again. |  | | |

Estate is looking good thanks, have rabbit proofed it (as much as you can anyway), and had an extended session on the tractor mower last week too. Lots of big plans taking shape! | |

I’ve just got one for the first time in ten years since leaving Ipswich. Night games will be a bit of a struggle from London and didn’t intend to ever get one until moving back to Suffolk in a few years but with the trajectory the club is hopefully on, decided there may not be any available by then where I wanted to sit. |  | | |

I think I would have started him off in Pioneer Stand and then moved on to Upper North when a bit older. I think the kids can see more from a side stand.
From memory I moved with RKD from Pioneer to SBR Upper when he was about 12 or 13 |

I have been thinking about a season ticket for my boys (13, 11) and me but can probably make only 60% of games. A decent SAR lower seat over 12 months makes this worthwhile, but there seems to be nothing left. As I look across the ground map there is more than 2/3 of the stadium "taken" - as a newbie with this can someone explain why please? I guess it's only £10 a month more in the SAR upper if we have to. |  | | |

To be honest, I bit the bullet last season and have renewed for next. Traveling from Cheltenham is even worse (4 hours plus) and I only got to about half of the games this year, I've let others use my ticket when I can.
Hopefully more next season. |
Think it will be easier to let others have a print of your season ticket next season, should be able to do it yourself rather than call the ticket office
