Can’t believe this thread has been up an hour and nobody has guessed anything to do with a willy. TWTD standards are slipping.

Ahem...Keno's post of 11:44 and my reply of 11:50. Or did you take those for serious political debate and informed electrical engineering comment ?

Mystery object quiz on 13:08 - Oct 4 with 2659 views | NthQldITFC | It is a bike chain cleaner bath. (haven't looked below to see if anyone else has said this yet) It comes in half, you put degreaser in there, bend down, hook it over chain with the the chain running through between a load of cogs and brushes, pop the other half back on, hold it in position, pedal gently to pass the chain through the degreaser and brushes, then swear like a nun as the thing pops apart and the degreaser and oil and sh!t off the road dumps itself all over your Reeboks. Cnt of a thing. A toothbrush and rag is far better, or chain off and shake it in a bottle if you want a proper clean. btw, recommendation: 'Squirt' aqueous wax lube has been pretty good for me over the summer, much better than 'dry lube' - hoping it can cope with winter too. (cue 'lube' jokes ) [Post edited 4 Oct 2023 13:15]

100% Pro tip: dry chain lube is better when you have electronic changers like a Shimano Di2
