How many tonight? 17:19 - Nov 29 with 2379 viewsChampionsofInnsbruck

Just left Witham Station and there was only a handful of us tonight, I suspect Colchester will be rammed with Town fans as usual. Any guesses on tonight’s attendance? I don’t suspect it’s sold out.

It will be virtually a sell-out, but I suspect actual attendance will be around 25k.

Still flippin' amazing though.

Think it's close to a sell out isn't it? Sure unstable can confirm exact numbers for us with his patented seat counting method.

I know a few older season ticket holders won't be there as it's freezing cold and live on Sky. It won't reduce the published attendance though as the seats have been paid for.

I’ve just realised KOs at 8pm so I suspect I’m earlier leaving than most. Not many at Colchester but I suspect they’ll be on the later trains.

It’s absolutely freezing out so a good excuse to make noise and jump around!

Upper Sir Alf, there were about 3 people in my row (which is front and all season ticket). One guy even left at half time (not without buying and eating a half time pie, lion bar and coffee firstthough!).

The lads in front of us weren't there last night, and you could see some gaps in the Pioneer Stand at the North Stand end.

I think the weather and the fact it was on Sky probably encouraged a few ST holders to watch at home, especially if they don't live in the immediate Ipswich area.

Watching the occasional game on television can make a refreshing change, especially as circumstances and conditions are unfavourable.

I live abroad, so watch most of the games from a stream. When I visited my father (an ITFC fanatic who would not miss a minute) recently and managed to get to a couple of live games (he has connections) it was a refreshing change in the same manner.

I was actually regretting not being a regular, but I suspect I may have been put off by driving conditions and the rest last night, being conditioned to armchair viewing. My old boy was there as usual though.
