I do concur. However we’re only thinking of maybe a few hundred people who would have been able to go but now can’t…me included. However there will now be many many thousands that will be able to watch it on sky weather at home or down the pub who otherwise wouldn’t have been able to so actually more Town fans will benefit than not. | | | |

Most people don’t oppose all games on Sky. It’s just the ridiculous times, like Monday evening, for long distance away fixtures that don’t take traveling fans into consideration.
For the ‘average’ fan who follows a typical working week, the change to a Monday will impact both the Monday and Tuesday workdays. Sky subscribers could still watch it if it was on the Sunday, but of course in reality they mostly wouldn’t because they would choose to watch the premier league instead at that time. So it’s only really of benefit to non-ITFC Sky subscribers. | | | |

But you're not thinking of the diminished actual support for the team on the night - less singing, clapping etc. Our away support is usually fantastic, so this could have an unwelcome impact. | |

That’s where some people go wrong, they make arrangements before the TV fixtures have been released.
