Think it was 1-0 loss with Huckerby scoring. 2003 time.

Luckily the first one I remember is the Haynes handball winner.

Yes, that was the one.

One of the first games I attended, and went along with my dad, uncle, and late grandfather. It was rather nice to be able to play the uncle role in that quartet when we took my nephew to see his first game against Port Vale last season.

First one I remember clearly was 88 or 89.

We were in the second division, a division below them. Beat them 4-0 in the Hospital Cup at Carrow Road.

I was 8 or 9. Incredibly, it was the same day I went to my first nightclub (Sloanes).

Still no idea how they let me in but there I was, sat on a chair, whilst my dad and his mates were having a pint, being surrounded by all sorts of women who, looking back were obviously drunk, and wondering why a kid was sat in a heaving nightclub / bar with a Coke singing along with the adults to Banarama's 'Help me if you can I'm feeling down, we've just been stuffed 4-0 by Ipswich Town'.

New years day 85. Won 2-0.

Stood in the West stand and watched the hoodlums holding up and burning a Naaridge scarf in the North stand.

Was hooked.

I'm not 100% sure but I think it was April 84, 2-0 Zondervan and Sunderland, I still have the programme as it was the first home game after I was mascot so it has a photo of me ruuning on the pitch with Butcher

I wonder how many others did a little "doo-doo, doodle-ooh, doodle-ooh-doo-doo-doo..." Grange Hill theme tune on reading your post. It might just be me, but then again I'm starting to get fkg edgy already with 21 hours and a sleep (optimistic) to go. Off to find the rum. Wish I still smerked.

3-1 win at PR in April 1993. Dozzell scored two and Stockwell the other. Gunn did a kind of warm up for three years later for the first goal.

December 18th 1993, nearly 30 years ago,we won 2-1 Megson OG 90th minite, and we queued to get in the pub when it opened at 6pm to celebrate.

Sadly that and the '98 5-0, only times I've seen Town actually beat them at Portman Rd, lots of draws, defeats and the only games we have won since then I couldn't attend the games for one reason or another :(

I am not certain but the first that I know I was at was the F.A. Cup replay at PR in 1961/62. We lost that but the season did have its compensations.

My first one at their place was September 1964.

Sad to admit I've only made it to one. The playoff semi at PR under MickMa.

Did enjoy the celebrations when Andos equaliser went in though.
