The system is sh!te for this sort of thing.
You can be first on at 9:30 and still join the back of the queue at 10 as it’s randomly allocated.
They need to change how it’s done imo. |
I actually like how they've done it and how (relatively) transparent it's been. Nothing worse than missing out on a ticket because you can't make the exact minute they get released. I think letting everyone jump in over a period and shuffling it, at least gives everyone an equal chance - especially over the course of a season. |  |

Yes, exactly that. I entered the queue on 3 devices and 3 IP addresses and was allocated roughly 5k, 4k and 72. Got a ticket with the 72 one, obviously. Luck. |

I couldn’t believe it. As I assumed at 10am it’ll just switch over from coming soon to buy or whatever.
Never had that happen on any app before either. Get it’s easy to just moan, be sounding like sour grapes/ hard done by but that feels more than a bit sh1t.

I just always compare it to a real queue, like down at PB if buying tickets from there, the earlier you get there to closer to front you’ll be and that’s your position, you don’t all wait around in the car park and at 10am all run over to the doors. | |

i suspect its taking a long time to process all the transactions. I can only compare to Ticket Master where it moves quickly and the time often shortens doesnt double!

That's really stupid because if people knew that was the system, they'd all try and login at 9.30 and it would either crash, or essentially randomly allocate like it does at 10 anyway.
