Thing is, it's alright for Km to be annoyed ( IF he is )
However, he's also got to to be aware that he's given the profile of the player he wants to the team, if you wanted faster signings then perhaps he needed to be a bit more open to the types of player he wants..
Only English speaking or understanding of English - reduces the potential of signings from abroad
Culture importance etc... again reduces the potential of signings from abroad due to timescales of homework on the player, but also reduces the number of players available even in uk, not every player is a dream to manage, especially some of the better ones, they come with baggage, some attitudes, some just alot of confidence
But also, and the biggest issue imo, the profiles of the players we've signed are great when looking at potential future funds, but to me and to a lot of players who we talk to.. who have we signed that makes our squad look like it can stay up? |

It's relatively early and we got core business done early and this whole thread on thin attacking options in response to a rumour.
We've added Delap and Omari (perm). We look set to land Szmodics imminently hopefully and we will at least 1 maybe 2 more.
Name a pre-season that is ever ideal. We got good transfers in early which was a bonus. There is always a game of chess on others and waiting for pieces to fall into place. | |
