Thought Morsy might struggle on 11:07 - Sep 1 with 3040 views | Basuco | Morsy, Wolfy and Leif have continued to progress with every promotion and all looked very good yesterday, I think Burns, Broadhead and Hirst will be the same, great to see players that got us out of L1 looking so comfortable in the PL.

I thought he played well yesterday, but I thought he struggled 2nd half against Liverpool. but thats the difference in quality between those teams, not necessarily a reflection on Morsy having a bad or good game or struggling at this level overall

Yea, I always knew he wouldn’t come off the tracks.

I think it is also the difference of having Phillips and then Cajuste alongside him instead of Luongo replaced by Taylor.

Really liked what I saw from the Morsy / Phillips partnership. The expected snap in there with a willingness to take the ball and lift their heads. Cajuste, after wanting a bit much time at first, looked useful on the turn especially. Mass will still have a big role from the bench i hope. Taylor's opportunities could be limited though. Shame, he wàs our big buy lsst summer and had been chased for some time before that. [Post edited 1 Sep 2024 16:30]

Thought Morsy might struggle on 09:02 - Sep 2 with 2140 views | Garv | He's just got the biggest set of balls I've ever seen on a Town player. The ultimate 'doesn't hide' player, and he's underrated as an actual footballer as well - he's got great quality on the ball.

Thought Morsy might struggle on 12:34 - Sep 2 with 1876 views | Bluemike31 | Morsy has just carried on being excellent, we are not the same team without him and I certainly don't see him being dropped any time soon. So inspirational too.
Thought Morsy might struggle on 12:42 - Sep 2 with 1833 views | Daninthecampo | Much better second half than first but certainly holding his own. I do think later in the season,he'll be our 3rd best performing midfielder but dropping him would be a massive call, he's been so important for us since he's been here.

Gets booked a lot when he goes off his trolley. One for the oldies?
Thought Morsy might struggle on 17:55 - Sep 2 with 1536 views | Freddies_Ears | He was utterly superb Saturday. I don't think he gave the ball away at all (maybe once?), and he shoulders so much responsibility for ghe unglamorous side of the game. Of all the players that have been on the whole journey, he is the standout. Despite intense competition.
Thought Morsy might struggle on 18:08 - Sep 2 with 1506 views | Horsham | What a player. The beating heart of our team. The man an England and Sweden international compete against each other to partner. Here to stay.
