The more annoyed I am that he’s not scored that. A big space he made for himself, and he’s hit it right for the keeper to save with whole goal open to him

No I used the correct one, I’m laughing about it. If I was upset, or blubbing as the cool kids on here say, I’d opt for maybe an angry face emoji.
He's beaten the man, has a clear sight of goal, but the shot is weak. It’s what happened, and watching it back (was on the TV in the gym, and replayed 3/4 times, so had a good watch of it) I was annoyed. At the time I was all excited we’d nearly nicked a winner.
Would hazard a guess that you’ll revert to your weird obsession as opposed to discussing the football though
You don't want to "discuss" the football, you want everyone to agree with your opinion or else they're a "drip".
Trust the process. Trust Phil.

Hold on, a professional from 10 yards out, with a clear sight of goal, only scores that chance 1 in 4 times? You sure?
Talking absolute rubbish again, he's on the edge of the box with 4 players in front of him. Completely fabricating the set up of the chance doesn't make it a better chance btw. There's no point arguing it if you're not going to be truthful.

Well that’s a really silly thing to say. Many times (sometimes daily) I’ll say to others on here ‘good point didn’t think of that’ or ‘I could be wrong I normally am’ you know engaging in conversation and seeing others points.
There are many good points on this thread alone, hadn’t seen the XG stats for example.

Ok, rewind before you lay an egg. From watching the highlights yesterday it looked to me that he’d (brilliantly) made space for himself, and from what I could see there was a big space ahead of him. If that’s not the case, as others have pointed out, then I’m wrong. I’m not upset at that.
I’m not entirely sure there were 4 players infront of him though.

From my position in the Lower North (opposite corner to where he shot) I was up and expecting the net to burst once he found the little yard - looked a pure strike too, good save I think (despite it being close to him).

Here's the chance again. Optimistically we're all backing him to score from there of course, but I really don't see how you're chalking it up as a big miss. I didn't notice the defender flying across his path either at the time.

I’m not sure I said it was a big miss. Delaps I’d say was a big miss.
OH was more of a ‘we’ve seen him bury them from there before’

But you keep drying them tears
I'm literally quoting what you said. 5 people disagreed with your view and you called them "the drip brigade". Hardly looking for a football discussion there are you.

The keeper got down really quickly didn’t he. And maybe it’s a case that he’d have always aimed there in the championship but keepers not as good!

Let me clarify, my drip comment was purely aimed at those that follow me around downvoting because it’s me.
Surprised I didn’t see you on there to be honest. Still time tho, hopefully it’ll come.

Don't think I'm the one who needs to rewind. You're the one who is claiming to have watched it multiple times.

As you are accepting some good points made I think we can also agree having just watched again he's not 10 yards out 🤣🤣. Nearly double that.

He's excellent at shooting.
He is. If he can improve that along with the rest of his game, he will be one of the very best players in the world. I think that is what I said pretty much.
Clarke is also excellent at shooting and missed a chance that I think he will think he ought to have scored from.
More frustrated that Clarke opted to shoot in the other big chance, instead of laying it for Chaplin. Multiple defenders in front of Jack and the perfect Chappers position, he puts that away 9/10 last season. Would have been such a beautiful ending too. Feel that was the clearest opportunity.
Understand why he shoots, but annoying in hindsight.

I downvoted you and I don't follow you around. I don't even know who you are. I just thought your post was way off the mark and unnecessary.
Few other players could've created the opportunity, let alone get a shot off on target. Think you're being incredibly harsh on a player that has brought us so much by singling out one moment.
