Normally when a ball is at the keeper's hands or body, it is stopped
It's a mistake whatever way you dress it up

And if you are going to take that approach to either keeper there will never be one in goal for us that is good enough. | |

They really aren't. Nobody has "jumped on" Muric for letting in a shot from six yards out. They've "jumped on" Muric for terrible errors in judgement when under no pressure, and for that time he allowed a gentle chip into the box to just waft past him. | | | |

It was not a tame shot.
It was point-blank range.
He got his hand down quickly to it but it canoned off his hand on to his knee and in.

But he didn't "get a big hand to it". From point-blank range he just managed to get his hand to the shot enough to deflect the shot on to his knee. Unfortunately from there it canoned into the net. To expect any keeper to save from there is odd. | |

Why not mention the 1st goal when Foden was unmarked and had time to take a touch before scoring?
