One of the articles popped up on my feed today. Bryan King, now 77 and living in Norway, was interviewed by somebody and gave his opinion that Tottenham should target Delap. He speculated that we'd let him go for £50m. This provided the headline "Liam Delap to Tottenham: ‘£50m bid to be accepted’ amid ‘blockbuster’ news".

If we could get Cunha, it would be immense and I’d do that swap in a heartbeat, but like you said, we most likely couldn’t. I don’t think it would be a great idea to sell Delap right now, especially having added a couple of players that could create a lot of chances for him and nobody in the building to replace him. |
