I have little interest in what you “earn” in private healthcare, catering to those that can afford it, but I do know that I have had 20-30 guys working on 2-3 building sites every day for the past 10 years. These are the people I speak to in a daily basis, as well as obviously lenders, surveyors, estate agents and those who wish to buy what we build.
I imagine I encounter a broader cross section r society in a daily basis than you do in the rarefied world iof your private sector healthcare role.
I’ve tried to explain to you that private schools doesn’t equal Eton, which you keep referring to. I can only assume that you feel some residual guilt that you weren’t able to offer a private school education to your children. we were able to offer a private school education, we chose not to and use the money better. our kids have thrived in the state sector and at very good unis. the only person i knew who sent their kid to a private chool relented after a year, the lad is now top of his year at cambridge, so the state sector isn't as awful as you've been led to believe.
