If they blow to stop the game for injury whilst ball in the box, it goes to the keeper.
Of course, he could easily have blown whilst the ball was out of the box but waited until the player was getting up and the ball was back in the box.

I think it is understandable that it isn't contested in the area. Not sure how the rules are but the ball was out of the area when the ref stopped play so why not allow a contested one where the ball was? There seems to be a policy of not having contested ones. |  |

I think that if the referee tells them to do so and they then don't it is seen as unsporting conduct and a yellow card. The keeper didn't look happy with the ref telling him to. | |
