Had a savoury pancake in Paris off one of those little stalls - we’d run out of money. It was ok and quite filling. Never bothered since which I guess backs up your point.

Could happily eat a ham an grated cheddar pancake. Actually there not many things involving melted cheese I wouldn't consider eating.
